Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ekk does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Ekk lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Assassin, and she later adopted a second son.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
