Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 21. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He wears long strands of topaz and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are green.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rûkdûg does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture
