Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has no crest. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shamash grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Actor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gimble fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

He accessorizes with a brown scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, and his gloved hand is found clutching a nunchaku. His hair is cut close to his head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: He prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'4" when asserting himself. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jabbie isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Roofer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This dark-skinned male dresses in yellow turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with white slacks. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is cut close to his head. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Korfel was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Dilettante. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born into a rich family. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
