Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Nicor and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
