Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

He prefers to carry a sword, but if one is not available he will default to his glaive. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her black hair is still thick. She has violet eyes and a grey hat with a white feather.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.
History: Balifra was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Balifra abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born to a Dyer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Theodoric began to lead the lost caravan. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'0" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She prefers to wear grey clothing when she does not wear armor. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She is baby faced.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Hugolina took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor she uses now. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with her Dilettante mother left her crippled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This slender woman stands about 6'3". She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her fur is white and curly. Her copper eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is a Carpenter first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.
History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She struck the Carpenter job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: To be a Mayor again; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
