Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Jocelyn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
