History: Chay was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in the east to a Priest, Dorn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Priest. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Dorn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and wants to open a new tavern
