Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with red lining and desert motifs. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shoemaker business.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: She wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly clubs and ceremonial daggers. Her black hair is thinning but still full. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Baelitae was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Miller. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: He is wearing a tight blue one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Cook who has hired him part-time. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. Pallabar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His first spouse was a Tailor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears an entirely tan suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her green eyes.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 19. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born into a rich family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: 5'2" and muscular, this eastern woman dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with yellow slacks. Her golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Dimble and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world
