History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Mortician born in the past three hundred years. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born to a Detective, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: She wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around her ears. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Galiena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Galiena. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
