Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Cask is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Cask was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Sekhmet was taken on many hunting expeditions. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Armorer for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dalaba embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Dalaba is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Dalaba and her spouse have recently divorced.
