History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Anthony grew up listening to his father's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by her family; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
