History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He uses divination through singing.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she is typically in her Herbalist uniform. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her white eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a Dyer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Dyer again; and balancing her hectic life and new herbalist responsibilities is difficult

History: Norûk was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a tan vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Tippletoe was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Being a Fletcher kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Revenge; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
