His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Qemuel is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Valafar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jelenneth embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. A true patriot, Jelenneth would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. After a long history of fighting, Jelenneth and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He is a husky man, who wears an entirely black suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length white crest. This gold eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.
