History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Nora is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age her mother died while driving off some illithids. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in axe use. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elegant fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
