Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His red hair is lengthy. He has silver eyes and a black hat with a pastel feather.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sammal embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to end his boredom

Description: This younger middle-aged woman is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bellfounder. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it.

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is fixated on the number 77. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Sweet was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
