History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He prefers to wear flannel. He carries a battered warhammer and tarnished crossbow as well. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Glim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Mary enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Mary was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Damakos was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Adventurer. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. A true patriot, Erias would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Erias was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
