His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hupe's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Hupe learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. River liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Nella never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
