Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nithther grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nithther. History: Wiggan was born the youngest of three triplets. He found a children's book about a Halfling Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second son.
