History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Crown-heir.
