History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Barakas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Barakas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Body Guard.

She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Mûg hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
