Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mortician but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears baggy red pantaloons and a yellow scarf. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. A gifted student he started as a Beggar, but he got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Gunnloda has worked very hard to control her curse. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
