History: Valafar was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents enrolled him in a Rogue school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
