Description: A man of a pale complexion, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His white hair is lengthy. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Pallabar was a troubled youth. Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. Raymond enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
