Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Smoking was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Smoking's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Guard. History: Born in the north to a Actor, Drusilia learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
