Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She wears her brown fur down. She has amber eyes and a brown hat with a grey feather.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult; and to be a performer again

She wears silk and lounges about seductively. She has wavy black hair. Her brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Gunnloda was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She wears her cinnamon fur up. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Nimble liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a white coat with green slacks. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the right. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Nalral was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

He prefers to carry a longsword, but if one is not available he will default to his kukri, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: She was born in a small island village. She found a children's book about a Elf Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
