History: Born to a Engraver, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Eiravel was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Eiravel's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and many illithids want her driven away
