Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Fulbar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fulbar grew up listening to his father's many stories.
