History: Ugol was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Fletcher. Druuk is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Mardred's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mardred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mardred. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She worked as a nervous Weaver and found it very stressful. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and balancing her hectic life and new weaver responsibilities is difficult

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miner. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he wants to get laid

History: She was born in a small plains village. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
