History: Born to a Mayor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Ootah took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
