Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in a small island village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Purban took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He comes from a rich western family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He tends to his Locksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Ulfgar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Revenge; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
