Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: The child of a Blacksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Howard was taken on many hunting expeditions. When Howard reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away.
