Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Manfred was taken on many hunting expeditions. After coming to the age of reason, Manfred took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a Fortune-teller soon after.
