History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Gildmak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Born in the east to a Carter, Moon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Stableman, but he got bored and became a Carter. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: She was born in the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She's in love.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Mara liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Three was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: Zâthra hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Zâthra was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Beggar. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
