History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Phelaia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Phelaia. She's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
