History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Makaria grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Makaria fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cimer was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Rosamund was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Rosamund's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
