Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: He is a husky man, who wears baggy brown pantaloons and a green scarf. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Born in the north to a Sculptor, Barendd learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Barendd was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Barendd's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Sculptor soon after.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses like a well dressed Sellsword does, and is pretty ugly. His hair is red and curly. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Diggory hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She uses divination through singing.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Sellsword father left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she has a crush on the local sellsword

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'3" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her eyes are a pleasant violet.
Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Sailor. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Donella was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Donella was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Donella decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She struck the Sailor job and began her own company from there.
