He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Gerbo was born with his father's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. He has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Through the years after Agnes was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
