Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She works hard and plays hard.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was born in the west. Through the years after Tricking was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tricking's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and money/treasure

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she wears a tan tunic with pastel highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her silver hair is braided into rings. Her eyes are gray.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Mardnab was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and money/treasure

Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a glaive, but if one is not available she will default to her flail. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She takes great joy in being the best Glassblower in town.
History: Emmeline was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Glassblower. She has worked as a Glassblower like her father before her.

She carries a battered halberd and tarnished scimitar as well. She wears her red hair up. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born in a small plains village. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people
