Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: He was born into a rich family. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he is greedy

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Glim has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ruler and was forced into it by his family.

Description: This malnourished woman has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her black robe. With wild red hair. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Vani was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She tends to her Assassin job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Jarsali was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Laborer. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he usually wears his grey robe and has his warhammer always slung over his shoulder. He has a very tight haircut. He has hazel eyes and a grey hat with a violet feather.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Godfrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Bather soon after.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His orange fur is still thick. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is a Fletcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.
History: Great was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. He became a Fletcher soon after.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are a pleasant silver.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants a kiss
