Personality: She hates Dwarves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Gurdis was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.
