History: Born to a Slave Trader, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: Cloak hails from a village terrorized by drow. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. At a young age her father died while driving off some gnolls. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in glaive use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a black vest and prefers grey and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His bronze crest is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Medrash hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge.

History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Melech was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
