When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Naeris was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Glassblower. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Lezre was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She became a Crown-heir soon after.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a simple white robe with black stripes complete with hood. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Tod lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Gifted from a young age, Delre studied abroad. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Delre was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Pyntle was born with her mother's beautiful face. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
