History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Caeldrim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. A true patriot, Fulbar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Unemployed father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
