History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Norûk was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Norûk alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Norûk was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born in the south. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
