Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: Artin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. Her chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Healer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep yellow leather and dull white iron scale mail. He has a very tight haircut. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hunter grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears dark leathers with embroidery, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She has moderate length chestnut hair. Her red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Gomory never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: She is a husky woman, who is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Tordrid was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tordrid grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tordrid. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She is greedy; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is a great chef.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and many dire rats want her driven away

His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
