She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Mugrunden has worked very hard to control his curse. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
