She wears a brown vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her brown boots flare out at the collars. Her brown hair is thinning but still full. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her deerstalker brown hat.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gillyd grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gillyd. She has achieved small success as a Scribe.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lilli fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: River hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's also a talented Banker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and balancing his hectic life and new seamstress responsibilities is difficult

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Astaro does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now mingles about in high society.
