Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She tends to her Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born in the south. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
