His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Sammal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Gardain hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her first spouse was a Cook, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: An older man who very much looks the part of a Ruler, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of a Servant, who enjoyed hunting, Heian was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Heian took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
