Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with yellow colored cloaks and clothing. Her long black hair reaches down to her waist. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is an amazing painter.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Emeny was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she's looking for her big break

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Description: She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, and carries scythes. Her fur is beige and very short. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Beast was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Beast alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Gifted from a young age, Faran studied abroad. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She carries with her a set of halberds on her belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. Her tied-back hair is red. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Symma fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: Takra hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Born to a Map Maker, his father struggled to pay the bills. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
